The Filson Surveyor Crossbody Pack is build with lightweight 500D CORDURA® nylon in a canvas weave similar to Filson's iconic Tin Cloth. The bottom and part of the sides are made of 1000D CORDURA® nylon in a canvas weave similar to Filson's iconic Rugged Twill. Both of these highly abrasion-resistant materials are dry-waxed to provide the legendary water resistance of Filson's heritage waxed cottons.
500D and 1000D CORDURA® fabrics are designed for living and built to last and has proven performance in many of the world’s toughest environments. Characteristics • Rugged – excellent resistance to abrasion • Strong - excellent tear strength • Water Repellent – quick drying.
