To which countries do you ship and what are the shipment costs?

European Union (EU):

BeauBags ships standard and for free to all countries within the European Union (EU).

Switzerland and Norway:

For deliveries to Switzerland and Norway, BeauBags ships orders free of charge, but the minimum invoice amount must be above 150.00 euro. Below this amount we do not deliver and credit your order. The reason for this is the high cost of preparing a package for shipment due to customs regulations.

If the invoice amount is under 150.00 euros and you still want your order delivered and are willing to pay the high cost of customs clearance and shipping fees, please contact us.

As soon as the ordered amount is above 150.00 euros we do ship to Switzerland and Norway with FedEx or DPD. We will not charge additional shipping costs for delivery to Switzerland and Norway. We also do not charge VAT tax or any other taxes on your purchase. You as a consumer have to pay the VAT, duties and customs clearance fee during the delivery process at the carrier. 

UK:

For shipping to the UK, things have changed since the Brexit came into effect.

As soon as the ordered amount is above 135 GBP (±155 EURO) we do ship to the UK with FedEx orDPD.

We will not charge additional shipping costs for delivery to the UK. We also do not charge VAT above 135 GBP (±155 EURO). You as a consumer have to pay the VAT, duties and customs clearance fee during the delivery process at the carrier. The delivery is provided by FedEx or DPD and they will contact you about this.

As soon as the ordered amount is under 135 GBP (±155 EURO) we can not ship to the UK. Because a HMRC-Vat-number is required for order quantities below 135 GBP (±155 EURO) and we do not have a HMRC-Vat-number we cannot deliver your order. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Worldwide:

If you live somewhere else in the world, we can ship articles to you with FedEx. But for shipping outside Europe (EU) we have to calculate extra shipping costs.

If you want to have an order delivered outside of Europe, please contact us via email: service@beaubags.com and let us know the delivery address and for which product you are interested so we can make you an offer.

You can also place your order after which we will contact you by email with a quote for the additional shipping costs. The additional shipping costs can then be paid separately via PayPal, Credit Card or Bank Transfer.

 

When is my order delivered?

An order we receive on working days before 10.00 pm, which has an approved payment, will be shipped on the same day. Your order is delivered within 2 to 4 working days. If you place your order on a weekend, we will ship it on Monday. 

Please note that weather, public holidays, peak shipping seasons, and incorrect delivery information can delay the shipment of your order. BeauBags is unfortunately unable to control or reimburse issues related to any of the above.

 

What happens if I am not at home when my order is delivered?

If you are not present when the order is delivered, the order will be offered again on the following day. If you are not present for the second attempt, a note will be left by the carrier so that you can make a new delivery appointment, or you can plan a delivery to a ParcelShop near you.

TIP: Have the order delivered at the address where you spend your time during the day by filling in another delivery address, like your place of work.

 

Can I track my order?

Yes you can, as soon as your order is shipped the carrier will send you an email with a Track & Trace code, which will enable you to track your order.

 

Is my order insured during transport?

We insure all packages during the transport from BeauBags to the delivery address, against theft and damage. Once signed for receipt, or a drop-off authorization has been issued to the carrier, the insurance expires.

 

Shipping issue resolution

If you have an issue with your shipment, the best recourse is with the carrier themselves. While BeauBags Customer Service will do what we can to assist, please know that BeauBags can’t be held responsible for delivery issues (including delivery to the wrong address, lost / stolen in transit, or delayed by 3rd party shipping companies, postal depots, freight forwarders, etc.)

 

Taxes and levies

Import duties, taxes and customs charges can be applicable to international shipments (shipments outside the European Union). These are charges when the package reaches the country of destination and fall under the responsibility of the recipient.
