FEATURES

Weltevree Oven Dish is suitable for outdoors, made entirely from enameled cast iron, consists of two parts: a shallow dish and a deep dish, together function as a casserole dish. Suitable heat sources: Weltevree Outdooroven - oven - gas stove - electric cooktop - induction (Not suitable for microwave oven).

USAGE

• Use as ovendish - Use both dishes separately for lasagna, stew or vegetables from the oven. 
• Use as casserole dish - Combine both dishes to use the Oven Dish as one casserole dish. Ideal for making stew, tajine and other casserole dishes.

COOKING

• The oven dish is particularly suit- able for slow cooking at medium or low temperatures. This will provide the best cooking results. 
• Only use the oven dish at high temperatures for quickly boiling water or to thicken broth or sauces. 
• Always preheat the oven dish slowly and let it gradually cool down to make the dish last longer. 
• Never heat the dish when it is empty. Always cover the base with liquid, oil, grease or butter before heating. 
• Do not use metal utensils, these can damage the enamel. 
• In addition to use in the Welte- vree Outdooroven, the dish is also suitable for use with other heat sources. Do not use the dish in the microwave.

MAINTENACE AND CLEANING

• Allow the dish to cool gradually before washing. When the hot dish is immersed in cold water the enamel may crack. 
• Let the dish soak in warm water if necessary before washing. Then clean with a soft cloth, sponge or a soft brush. 
• Do not use metal brushes or abra- sives. These can damage the enamel. 
• The dish is suitable for the dishwasher, but washing by hand is preferred. 
• Avoid collision with other (hard) objects, this can cause damage and breakage. 
• Do not stack the oven dish without protection. Use a towel or cookware protection to protect the enamel. 
• Always store the oven dish completely dry.
